How will I help?

The Senior Solution Architect reports to the Transformation Pipeline Manager. Your role is to engage with our internal customers (from Heads of, through to their process SMEs) to help them drive the transformation agenda: they have the business need, and you will break this down to define the problems and work with our architects and COE capabilities to define solution options for our Delivery team to execute.

You will be a strong and positive communicator who will take engagement pain away from our internal customers. You will have a record of gainful delivery. You will create the business case for change – including risk reduction and CX – and balance scope considerations of speed through to a re-imagined future state. You will be experienced in leading assessment squads but also will be hands on for where you are the sole engagement point.

We are looking for change doers with a business perspective and who can bring forward new solution patterns. Qualifications and demonstrated capability would span solution architecture, Lean 6 sigma, digitisation and automation. The problems you define and solution packaging can range from focussed robotic solutions, process improvement, through to capability swap out and E2E process re-engineering.

What do I need?

  • Highly practiced in Lean Six Sigma to drive digitisation, process simplification and systems change. Overcome constraints to digitise and automate
  • Process re-engineering experience to enable Risk reduction, CX improvement, quality, speed, flexibility and reliability.
  • Solution Architecture experience to harness roadmaps and change systems to enable process simplification and digitisation.
  • Leadership of Lean, Architecture and Technology professionals to create the business case and drive the case for change across productivity and non-financial benefits.
  • Experienced in Digitisation, Robotics Process Automation and Work Orchestration.
  • Superior Stakeholder Management and Presentation skills with the confidence to engage, influence and drive change to our Senior Leadership team.
  • Background in Financial Services or Consulting (both highly advantageous).
