JOB DESCRIPTION

Work on diverse projects across many industry domains - never be bored and always be at the cutting edge of emerging technologies.


What you'll be doing:


Design of hardware schematics and PCB layouts

Perform product build activities including PCB assembly, soldering, mechanical fitment, component ordering, PCB ordering, and incoming part inspections

Design and implement hardware verification test plans and reports

Develop new and maintain existing engineering component libraries

Work within industrial, mechanical and manufacturing suppliers in the development and manufacture of products.


What you'll need:


Experience in the design of digital and analogue hardware including the development and understanding of schematics and PCB layout

Knowledge of embedded processors, digital buses, RF and analogue circuitry

Experience in the use of test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers

Experience in agile methodology

Experience in performing engineering within a quality management system

Knowledge of product manufacturing and New Production Introduction (NPI) processes
