Things You’ll Do:
  • Energise and empower the organisation, improving our velocity to adapt and achieve our organisational objectives.
  • Lead the development of the overall program approach for council’s digital evolution, its major time frames and the definition of its major deliverables to address and meet the desired goals and outcomes.
  • Plan, design and realise the digital architecture that will inform the Digital Strategy
  • Be responsible for the enablement of digital solutions, including the designing, building, and deployment of the organisation's future state digital systems focussed on providing a first class digital customer experience.
  • Support the creation of innovative, holistic, scalable and flexible solutions for our stakeholders and assist with the delivery of the IM&T strategy.
  • Effectively navigate changing environments and develop strategies to position Council for constructive decisions.
