Job Description

  • Be the conduit between the engineering and sales functions to effectively service the customer and ensure delivery.
  • Engage with the customer to ensure that best practice is followed when it comes to qualifying the scope or work, level of commitment, prioritisation of pipeline of work,.
  • Manage both internal and external stakeholders to ensure opportunities are appropriately qualified and prioritised.
  • Engaging the customer (in conjunction with the sales team) to fully scope the opportunity and ensure an appropriate solution is provided.

The Successful Applicant

  • Technical background (satellite or networking) with customer facing experience working in a solutions (not product) environment.
  • MSP or Satellite background both strongly considered for this position.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage customers whether in a sales, account management or technical capacity is critical.
  • Strong influencing skills to be able to manage expectations and ensure control over what is classed as best practice.
  • Engaging personality style is critical as they will be externally facing whilst also liaising with imposing personalities at times.
