We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and suitably qualified Project Engineer to join our team.

Project include RC Structures, i.e. NPI, bridges, Mine Expansions

FIFO Role, point of hire Perth

As a Project Engineer – Structures, your duties and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • The safe and efficient delivery of the Project in accordance with the agreed Project timeframes and budget;
  • Communicating with Management on Project issues including HSEQ, programming, resourcing, budgeting and commercial issues;
  • Tracking the agreed Project key performance indicators and reporting the results as required;
  • Compiling, implementing and reviewing the Project Specific Plans and Procedures and other HSEQ documentation on site;
  • Ensure Suppliers and Subcontractors meet the project’s HSEQ standards and requirements on site;
  • The compiling, review and monitoring of Quality Records during the project to ensure compliance with Project specification requirements;
  • Analysing and reviewing results of inspections, incidents, audits and NCRs to identify any trends which may be evidence of systematic failures and reporting them to management where found to be addressed;
  • The preparation of completed works punch lists with the Client Representative(s);
  • Compiling and reviewing the Project Manufacturer’s Data Report (MDR) within the required time frames to ensure practical completion is achieved;

The be successful for this role, it is essential you meet the following requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering
  • Technical competencies in project management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Significant experience in Concrete structures and FRP
  • Effective leadership, communication and influencing skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking capability.
  • Ability to demonstrate best practice service delivery and drive continuous improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Fly-In/Fly-Out

Salary: From $120,000.00 per year
