As a Relationship Manager with the SA Residential team you will maintain existing accounts and drive growth to achieve market dominance with South Australia’s top tier home builders. Taking an approach of value creation, innovative ideas and superior service you will facilitate their desired outcomes and ensure they have an outstanding experience every time they and their clients interact with Beaumont Tiles.

Reporting to the State Residential Manager you will be innovative in your thinking and will do everything that you can to ensure that you are an expert of your field. With a flair for design, a sharp wit and perceptive nature you will drive from the front with your high levels of motivation, and willingness to be amongst the action. Seeing your division thrive will give you immense satisfaction and you will fuel this desire to win through effective planning and relationship management.

To be successful in this role you will have the following attributes:
  • A fresh approach – innovative thinking and the ability to be nimble
  • Experience and understanding of the residential building market / architecture / home design
  • A genuine drive and passion for sales and achieving goals
  • Experience in identifying, engaging and solidifying relationships with key customers across multiple channels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in presenting, pitching and negotiating
  • Confident using technology
What will you do?
  • Build and maintain genuinely valuable relationships with Interior Designers and Builders
  • Identify key decision makers and drive new business through networking and knowledge building
  • Maintain prominence in the market – attend relevant events, forums, conferences and other networking opportunities
  • Be proactive – monitor market activities and upcoming opportunities
  • Preserve strong bonds and open communication channels with counterparts across the business internally
