The Opportunity

In a true leadership and strategic position, we are looking for an exceptional individual to lead the development of our Building’s and Building Services business.

This opportunity is an an integral part of the national team and will be responsible for leading the positioning, pursuit and then delivery of strategic projects within KBR’s Defense & Buildings business.

Being a position of both leadership and management, this role has the perfect mix of Leadership and Strategic Direction, Client relationship management, pursuit planning and proposal management and Project delivery and engineering excellence

Who are you?

If COVID-19 has taught us anything, it’s that working together to reach common goals cannot be done without passion and commitment behind them, therefore we are looking for the following:

  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in delivering Buildings projects.
  • Strong technical design ability
  • Degree or diploma in Civil/Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, suitable for admission as a full member of the Institute of Engineers Australia – CPEng (or equivalent)
  • Significant experience in an engineering consulting environment
  • Exceptional client and industry relationships within the buildings and construction industry, within the local market
  • Proven ability to develop win strategies and proposal methodologies that support winning new business
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, managing and maintaining positive industry relationships that result in opportunities converted into projects
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
