Senior Projects Engineer Officer

Annual Salary Range: VPS4 - $87,640 - $99,438 + super
Tenure: Fixed Term until 1 January 2023
Employment Type: Full Time (flexible work arrangements may be available) (flexibility may be available)
Usual Work Location: Ballarat (flexibility may be available)

About the Opportunity

To plan, implement and monitor road construction works to achieve project scope, quality, cost, time safety and environmental requirements in accordance with relevant policies and toolkits.


About You

  • Coordinate planning, work scheduling and resource management matters relating to development and delivery of project and prepare and administer complex contract/quotation specifications.
  • Anticipate barriers to success and takes preventative measures to achieve objectives.
  • Apply competence in pre-construction, construction and contract administration of projects, including an understanding of quality management principles.
  • Negotiate with and influence stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Apply competence in creating an environment where teamwork, accountability, customer focus and innovation are a focus of the team.
