his position requires an experienced and customer focused Senior Desktop Engineer to provide first and second level support.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide first and second level support for operational service incidents and issues
  • Order, install and maintain a range of IT hardware and software
  • Implement and troubleshoot procedures for identifying, testing and diagnosing computer system
  • Perform root cause analysis and develop checklists
  • Coordinate with relevant outsourced IT providers to resolve user issues

Skills & Competencies

  • Min 5 years of experience in Desktop Support
  • Recent experience as a team lead - highly regarded
  • ITIL v3 or v4 Foundations certification
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, including a personable and professional phone manner
  • Experience with Windows 10, O365, SCCM and Active directory
