Salary: $74,471 to $78,957 (pro-rata) ($37.68 to $39.95 per hour).

About this position:
The City's Development Services Team is currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Subdivision Officer to work part-time. The position involves providing administrative support, primarily in processing applications for subdivision clearance and some land administration processes.

You must have:
Strong organisational, administration and customer service skills.
An ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong problem solving skills.
An ability to interpret and apply legislation.
Knowledge of the land subdivision process.

Experience in a similar role in Local Government would be an advantage.

Essential requirements:
National Police Clearance, current driver's licence.
