FSC Group is a project management and engineering company based in Port Melbourne. We provide support and expertise to both clients and contractors within the infrastructure, energy and mining sectors. We are currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified Project Engineer to commence with our company.

The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:

  • Directly engage FSC clients and provide them with a high level of service to assist them in meeting their objectives
  • Actively lead others in the development of safe workplace
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to produce excellent outcomes
  • Use engineering principles to strive for safe and cost-effective outcomes
  • Ensuring that all constructed works meet the quality objectives
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Confident and clear communication skills and the ability to work in a team
  • Work with project teams to develop and implement work methods

OHSE Responsibilities:

  • Work with project teams to develop and implement work methods,
  • Actively strive for zero injuries and incidents
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and company OH&S requirements

Technical Expertise:

  • Experience in civil project work, including earthworks
  • Experience in civil infrastructure work
  • Understanding of how to apply engineering principles in a practical, site environment
  • Experience in subcontractor management
  • Experience in programming works including proficiency in Microsoft project.
  • Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of four years’ experience working in a similar role on civil projects.
