Job Description (Role And Responsibility)
  • Manage Cyber Security Operations Center (SOC) service delivery that drive enterprise security and compliance operations by reliably and efficiently delivering Cyber Security Anomaly and Threat Detection, Real-Time Threat Intelligence, Advanced Correlation, Incident Management and Industry Specific Cyber Analytics
  • Strong experience in the architecture design, deployment and operations of Infrastructure, Cloud and data security solutions based on Multi-vendor technologies like Trend Micro/Symantec DLP and Vulnerability management, LogRhythm & Splunk SIEM, SAP Security Monitoring, UEBA Platforms, Endpoint Detection and Response, Secure E-Email Gateway, Proxy, Network Security, CASB and IAM.
  • Work with customer team for capturing requirements, proposing technical solution and overseeing the selection of technologies/products, scoping and estimating resources and effort needed to deliver the business value solutions to the customer successfully
  • Engaging with customers as a trusted advisor, understanding their challenges and requirement - both technical and business. Performing research and developing appropriate working solution and value proposition to address requirements.
  • Proactively engaging with customer, to provide update on the latest security trend, changes in the threat landscape, and new product and services offering.
  • Work with customers for the development of Enterprise wide Security Programs and roadmaps to protect enterprise’s digital assets
  • Experience in collaborating with other program leaders to design and execute the program successfully in a changing and evolving landscape of requirements and goals
  • Assessing security controls based on cybersecurity principles and tenets (e.g., AESCSF, NIST SP 800-53 Cybersecurity Framework, ISM etc.)
  • Validate and implement ITGC controls mainly for change management controls and logical security controls at an application. Being able to understand and identify control needs for database and operating system level.
  • Experience in providing strong customer service - respond promptly to customer needs; take a customer-centric approach to problem solving; solicit customer feedback to improve service; respond to request for service and assistance; meet commitments.
