Our services encompass every aspect of utility infrastructure design and construction.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Supervisor who has experience working on Ausgrid and/or Endeavour Energy Substation Projects with a strong focus on safety


As a Senior Site Supervisor you will work on work on a variety of underground conduit and cable laying projects as well as substations (new and refurbishments). Responsibilities will also include but not limited to;

  • Manage projects to ensure they are delivered safely and in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Directing the works on-site.
  • Driving productivity to ensure that Diona meets and/or exceeds program and contractual obligations.
  • Ensure works are completed using the most appropriate resources efficiently and at optimal cost.
  • Reporting with the Project Manager on a regular basis.
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders.


The successful applicant will have experience in a similar role delivering Construction & Utilities projects within electrical infrastructure. With a strong commitment to safety and with experience leading and motivating a team to deliver quality results, you will also have:

  • Certificate 3 or above in safety with a clear understanding of program and safety standards.
  • A trade certificate, preferably carpentry/formwork would be highly desirable.
  • Experience working on various utilities projects including Ausgrid and/or Endeavour Energy substation projects.
  • Knowledge of the general procedures and guidelines for installing, maintaining and repairing utility services.
  • Knowledge of the safety procedures and equipment used when working on or near underground utility lines.
  • Knowledge of the materials, supplies, tools and equipment needed for installation, maintenance and repair of utility infrastructure.
  • Current unrestricted drivers licence.
