We have an exciting opportunity available for talented and enthusiastic Graduate Engineer to join our Transport team in Brisbane.


As a Graduate Engineer you will assist the team with various transport and traffic engineering projects. You will complete road design documentation and review drawings for the projects. Working closely with Senior Engineers and Leaders you will also:

  • Prepare specifications, proposals and other documentation under broad supervision.
  • Participate in planning to achieve project outcomes.
  • Complete various project reports and assist with cost estimation.


To be successful for this role, you will have 0-2 years' experience or recently graduated in Civil Engineering and looking to commence your career in Civil Engineering. You will have a keen interest in pursuing a career with Calibre within the Transport team as well as:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A willingness to learn and a desire to work in a dynamic deadline driven environment.
  • Ability to communicate and liaise effectively with people at all levels within Calibre, and other stakeholders as required.
