What are we looking for

With an exciting portfolio of rail work won in Sydney and interstate, our Rail team needs to grow! We are searching for Signalling Engineers to join the team contributing to Inland Rail and also upcoming pursuits.

Your role will include

Contributing to feasibility studies, business case preparation and concept design;
Signal design and preparation of interlocking data, signalling plans, track insulation plans, control tables and cOrganizationuit design for new and altered works;
Ensuring that the signalling designs produced conform to quality procedures and Australian railway operator standards;
Managing small scale designs autonomously; and
Build effective and enduring relationships with other teams in the region and external partnerships.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for

First and foremost, you share our passion for improving the quality of life and want to leave a legacy by being part of once-in-a-generation projects. You are a qualified signalling professional with experience in the rail industry and come to us with
Previous involvement in signalling detailed design on complex major rail projects
Understanding of Operational Organizationelling, Systems Engineering and Type Approval Process
A patient nature; the ability to mentor and lead others and take and receive constructive feedback
Effective communication skills and ability to liaise with other divisions of Company, clients, contractors, suppliers, regulatory authorities, users and trade staff for supply of signalling design systems.
RIW, AEO and ARTC competencies will all be highly regarded.
