Senior Manager, Systems Engineering - Dell Boomi

We lead the development and implementation of complex and specialized products, applications, services and solutions. From delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations, to developing detailed installations or system integration plans, we ensure customers get the innovative, relevant, interoperable solutions they need.

What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring the team to collaborate and achieve the strategic and operational objectives.

You will:

  • Manage the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.
  • Take responsibility for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.
  • Develop and execute sales engineering and/or complex specialist selling strategies and identifies opportunities for process improvements.
  • Provide technical expertise to sales organization in selecting, implementing and developing competitive product and services applications and solutions.
  • Coordinate with account management resources to make customer calls and presentations as well as participate in bid and walk-through meetings with the customer as necessary.

Essential Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience, with increasing responsibilities, leading teams in an enterprise software support setting
  • Demonstrated experience setting and managing priorities
  • Ability to work with individuals of varied technical backgrounds
  • Demonstrated experience with performance management (setting goals, providing coaching and feedback, delivering performance reviews)

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience with the Dell Boomi offering
