  • Senior .NET Core Architect
  • $200,000 + 10% bonus
Join a well established ASX listed company with over 3000 employees. The company are a market leader in their space with offices in Australia, the US and India. They have created a powerful, high traffic platform that supports a large number of global customers.

THE CHALLENGE
Currently, their 'new platform version' release time is 6 months. They have committed to there customer base to a 2 year technical road-map to re architect the global platform and bring the release time down.

THE ROLE
My client is looking for a driven Senior .NET Core Architect. This individual will act as a trusted architect reporting into the Vice President and working alongside a talented team of 5 architects. You will be a motivated individual who challenges the status quo, cuts through the noise and provides razor sharp .NET Core Architectural leadership (including best practices) to help deliver the re architecture of the platform within the 2 year time-frame.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

  • 10+ years of software development experience within an enterprise environment (.NET stack)
  • Strong experience as a Solution Architect within the .NET Core space
  • Proven experience working on a complex 'high traffic' product
  • Proven experience working within a "service oriented" or "Micro-service" based architecture
  • Effective ability to communicate complex ideas / concepts
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of design patterns and when best to apply them
  • Experience working within an "Agile" development process
  • Ability to take high level requirements and provide working solutions
