In this role you will have the opportunity to work closely with the business and development teams to scope out the work, and empower our development team to play a big role influencing and driving the right outcomes towards the right solution.

Your purpose
  • You have spent at least 8-10 years in crafting your skills as a Senior Developer or Tech Lead
  • Ideally your background in Engineering will have experience using some or most of the following:
    • Language
    • Framework
    • OOAD
    • Microservice
    • Architecture
    • messaging
    • NIO
    • AWS
    • Kubernetes
  • To be successful in this role you will ideally have a thorough understanding of Java/JVM based languages and still hands-on (but If you are a Python/Go guru, you will also be highly regarded)
  • You love to look at problems beyond technology & frameworks into business needs and full SDLC.
  • You are looking into next phase of your career but still want to remain technical and hands-on
  • You should be able to migrate to any domain/project and apply your hard-earned skillset and SDLC principles

Your capability
  • Your background will include your ability to successfully analyse complex business processes & initiative and turn them into actionable design items for dev team
  • When too much is unknown or in doubt, you've used POC to validate architecture before handing to any development team
  • You facilitated regular technical sessions with the dev leads & developers
  • You don't mind keeping your skills on point, and perform code reviews
  • Defining blueprint, addressing all high-level business and technical requirements
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and use your expertise to recommend these to the wider team.
