The company is on a growing phase to develop and promote its products.

Job Description 

To accelerate the growth of the company, an opportunity exists for an innovative and energetic product development engineer. Ideally, you are a degree qualified hands-on and hardworking self-starter with can-do attitude and great attention to details. Previous experience with design of respirators or similar wearable devices and a passion to sports and fitness in general will be highly advantageous.

This is a full-time position with diverse exposure to multiple engineering disciplines, and it would provide a great opportunity for a suitable professional working to advance and excel in his / her career.

Objectives of this Role

  • Develop and optimize core technologies for the company products.
  • Improve and optimize existing products and their manufacturing processes.
  • Liaise with external design partners for co-product development.
  • Liaise with Manufacturing for new product introduction (NPI) and ongoing support.
  • General engineering support within the company.


Including but not limited to:

  • Core technology development.
  • General test engineering and troubleshooting related to products and their key components and subassemblies.
  • Take part in various aspects of new product design, focusing on critical components, their know-how and optimization.
  • Generate component Specs, Work Instructions, User Instructions and other engineering documentations.
  • Take part in product verification, validation and certification.
  • Liaise with external design partners for product integration.
  • Interact between product design, manufacturing, marketing and provide them support.

Skills and Qualifications

  • University degree in mechanical engineering or similar field.
  • Minimum 2 years mechanical design experience with Solid Works for product development.
  • Engineering experience with injection molding and other common manufacturing technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Ideally Chinese.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Must be Australian citizen or permanent resident.
