Cushman & Wakefield are looking for a Plumber to manage the performance of assigned planned maintenance works, reactive works, project works.

  • Undertake urgent, routine & ad-hoc maintenance, repairs, inspections on client’s premises and equipment as directed by the company
  • Undertake and record PRA, Job Safety Analysis/SWMS, client required documents prior to commencement of tasks.
  • Have current appropriate qualifications and training to issue or receive required work permits e.g. but not limited to Working at Heights, EWP.
  • Review and comment on any Plumbing instructions and standard operating procedures supplied by C&W FM or Trade Services
  • Liaise closely with key stakeholders to ensure they are aware of any disruption to services by any works servicing undertaken.
  • Participate and take an active role when new equipment items are transferred from Projects to Maintenance
  • Ensure effective Key Performance Indicators are managed effectively including response times, safety, compliance, and financial performance of all job numbers assigned to you
  • Participate in the management of occupational health and safety
  • Promote working in a team environment with work colleagues
  • Liaise with statutory authorities where required
  • Utilise the mobility solution to retrieve work order details and enter and complete all historical information within the system.
  • Comply with all C&W systems used to meet its health and safety obligations.
  • General ad hoc duties as requested by your Leading Hand or local trade services management and schedulers.
  • Lost time injuries less than 1 p.a.
  • Customer satisfaction rating greater than 3/5
  • 100% of all work reports submitted within 1 business day from completion
  • 100% of Motor vehicle inspections completed satisfactorily.
  • Issued uniform and PPE worn 100% of time.
  • Ability to maintain and keep safe tools, equipment (including safety equipment), plant items, motor vehicles and hired plant items.
  • Confidence in observing quality and technical procedures, work instructions and practices.
  • A good eye for details to ensure that technical procedures and inspection and test plans are performed in accordance with Quality Assurance requirements

About You
  • Plumbing maintenance background minimum of 5 years’ experience
  • Experience in fault finding and diagnosing
  • Construction Card
  • A good understanding of Plumbing Standards and Regulations
  • Working at height (Preferred)
  • EWP (Preferred)
  • General experience with technology (iPad, App’s)
  • Working with Children check (Preferred)
  • Has experience and knowledge on WHSSE practices
  • Relevant Trade Qualification / experience – Plumbing
  • Valid manual Driver’s Licence
