Role Overview

This position is the technical specialist to the Engineering team. The position will provide high level technical expertise and supervision in relation to design and engineering services. The incumbent will mentor and develop the technical abilities of discipline engineering staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing technical support as a technical specialist and subject matter expert within your discipline;
  • Collaborating with the wider business to incorporate our diverse Service Line offering to create opportunities for winning and delivering work;
  • Continually develop relationships with key stakeholders within the business through your technical abilities making you a valuable resource for the whole business;
  • Providing guidance, leadership and technical direction within discipline of projects undertaken by LogiCamms;
  • Undertaking engineering tasks and providing guidance to other engineering disciplines and drafters, including a high level of accuracy and efficiency in accordance with LogiCamms standards;

Key Skills And Requirements
  • Degree qualified in Engineering or equivalent;
  • 15 + years’ experience in the industry and recognised as an industry specialist;
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and Australian standards;
  • High level of technical knowledge within discipline;
  • Highly developed communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Highly developed time and task management skills;
  • High level proficiency in discipline related engineering software
  • High level of attention to detail
