JOB DESCRIPTION

Roles and Responsibilities:

•Should lead the overall solution Architecture of D365. Contribute to Key solution design decisions and drive the team.
•Assume technical responsibility for all stages of the software development process to ensure compliance with application development standards and achievement of documented requirements
•Utilize technical expertise in the requirements analysis phase to ensure the solution is both fit for purpose and fit for use
•Solid technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in software development and D365 Finance and Operations
•Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives with competing deadlines end to end from concept through to delivery, and all stages of application lifecycle
•Candidate will be required to create Environment plan and the security, data migration, testing approaches.
•Incase of support project – understand the issue reported, analysis and propose fixes on D365FO solution
•Candidate will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, internal capability building and marketing support. Candidate will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Skills /Competencies:

Essential:

•4 years bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
•At least 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 FO/Dynamics AX/ERP
•Should have 4-6 full life cycle implementations experience.
•Good understanding in the areas of ERP including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Bank and related best practices.
•Ability to understand and use advance analysis methods to identify and resolve complex client scenarios
•Solid Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Product Lifecycle Management experience
•Experience in the application of Software Quality Principles and Risk Management
•Experience in working in a continuous delivery environment and exposure to CI/CD processes
•Solution estimation methods
•High impact Communication skills
•Business Acumen
•Customer Orientation
•Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.

Preferred:

•Knowledge of Proposal building methods
•Project Management.
•Working with Agile projects
•Basic domain knowledge of any industry
