The Blueprint 
 
Your core purpose is simple! As a Site Manager, you will be accountable to plan, coordinate, and safely execute the project onsite by efficient deployment of resources within time, budget and other measurable performance criteria!

Reporting to the Project Manager You will ply your trade to manage a culture of responsibility across project delivery. You will be accountable for Progress Monitoring; Planning and Scheduling Technical expertise with the review of drawings/design to ensure improved constructability to improve the project outcome! You will be flexible to do both metro and regional work - Usual roster is 3/1 but flexibility is offered!

Your Toolbox
 
You are an exceptional communicatorself-motivated, adaptable to change and outcomes focused! Your technical knowledge of building codes and practices along with detailed construction and building contract knowledge will see you thrive! Your supervisory, and organisational skills will be your key assets as you direct and oversee the onsite flow of work, materials, and people to ensure quality, safety, budget, and scope measures comply!

You will be trusted with:

  • Ensuring the safety of the crew and onsite project activities
  • Management of planning OH&S, community, environment, and quality to deliver the project according to schedule.
  • Working collaboratively with subcontractors, clients, and project stakeholders
  • Execution of scope of works
  • Review drawings throughout the project highlighting opportunities for improvement and constructability.
  • Tracking of daily progress and productivity and reporting

Your Talents

  • Minimum 5 years construction Industry training and experience
  • Building Trade or relevant Engineering Qualification
  • Proven skills in delivering Buildings and Construction Projects
