About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to administer the provisions of regulatory legislation for building and development control including the assessment of development applications, issuing development consent, Part 4A certification certificates, carrying out inspections and responding to requests from internal and external customers.

The successful candidate will have degree qualifications in Building Surveying or appropriate related discipline, Current council or private accreditation under the Building Professionals Board Scheme (Minimum Building Surveyor - Restricted) and experience in a similar role including in dealing with building compliance in Local Government.

A monthly rostered day off and lease back vehicle will be available to the successful candidate.
