The Role

As the Customer Solutions Engineer, you will collaborate with our Sales team to deliver customer projects. You’ll look after anything to do with technical approvals, micro designs, implementation and the quality of customer projects from post sales to operations.

You will

  • Deliver customer projects from post sales to operations
  • Ensure technical designs and implementation is delivered with a focus on quality and delivering customer value
  • Communicate directly with customers to validate, implement, and test changes
  • Be involved in designing non-standard and complex solutions
  • Manage internal stakeholders to deliver outcomes required for customer service delivery

You must

  • Have experience in a customer facing role, ideally within a provisioning or technical team
  • Have technical certifications (for example Cisco, Juniper, AWS)
  • Have Telco networking experience managing complex deliveries and or faults in a level two NOC
  • Have strong personal accountability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in configuring routers/networks etc.
  • Understand technical designs and be able to cross-reference with customer requirements

Candidates with 5+ years’ experience across a broad range of data technologies, SIP / Voice knowledge and design and implementation experience are highly regarded although not essential to apply.
