JOB DESCRIPTION

Our reputable client based in Melbourne CBD is seeking an experienced Engineering administrator for an immediate start.

This will be a temporary on-going position Monday through to Friday; 38-hour week!

To be considered for this position you must possess the following experience below;
1. CAB management system data tracking and reporting

  • Periodic CAB data reporting, include actual (from SAP) tracking and reporting, forecast consolidation etc. guided by ANZ CAB manager.
  • Supporting ANZ CAB manager, Smartsheet (CAB management platform) maintenance, data consistency and accuracy.
  • Coordinating with Engineering Project Managers on CAB forecast data and project information (resource plan, CVS schedule etc.) timely update to Smartsheet system.
  • Tracking and filing all CAB project approved documentation on Engineering Sharepoint.

2. Capital Procurement process support

  • Supporting Project Managers, coordinating and issuing Purchase Requisition (PR), ensure PR supporting document sufficiency, coordinating Sole Sourcing Form (SSF) with Commercial Buyer if needed.
  • Supporting Project Managers, coordinating Commercial Contract/Contract Release with Commercial Buyer
  • Supporting Project Managers, coordinating with Suppliers for PO/Invoice issue resolution, follow through Ariba system related issue if any.

3. Administrate Fixed Asset capitalization and disposal process

  • Supporting Project Managers, execute Fixed Asset capitalization, interfacing with S&F Fixed Asset team and GENPACT.
  • Supporting Project Managers, execute Fixed Asset disposal process in the system (not physical disposal).
  • Coordinating Fixed Asset handover to Reliability team post capitalization.
