As a Sales Engineer at Sine, you’ll be a product expert and provide product expertise and advice to new and existing clients across large rollouts & complex requirements. Working in partnership the sales, operations and product teams, this role is present throughout the sales cycle including the customer evaluation, RFx and sales process.

We're looking for someone with a strong technical background within the B2B SaaS industry, great stakeholder management and presentation skills who thrives in a fast paced and collaborative environment.

What you'll do

  • Provide a deep level of product knowledge and skilfully advise on product-related questions during the sales cycle.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team and customer to present the product as a fit for client needs
  • Support the sales team when responding RFPs, enterprise quotes and implementation plans
  • In complex use cases, act as the liaison for coordinating internal resources to determine feasibility and fit from a technical perspective.
  • Act as a key point of contact for enterprise customers
  • Demonstrate and train sales team members on new product features and their use cases
  • Work with our clients and partners to configure integrations with Sine and third-party products
  • Communicate frontline customer feedback to the product team and broader business

What you'll need
  • 3+ years in a sales engineer, technical customer success or similar role within the B2B SaaS industry
  • Proven experience understanding complex customer requirements and managing numerous stakeholders
  • Experience configuring integrations between software products
  • A technical aptitude and ability to maintain a deep product understanding
  • A high-level of customer focus and exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with all departments
  • A bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, a technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
