Microsoft Desktop/Technical Support Analys. Hills/North Sydney. 30 Staff, Fully Paid Training/big clients & Internal Promotion, 9-5 hrs, Flex Hours

This is a reputable company, with modern offices in the Hills District looking for someone to join their fun and collaborative team. You will be supporting multiple external users with various helpdesk and desktop issues. You'll be using modern technology and be given ongoing, comprehensive training.

The Level One/Two Helpdesk Support Team is growing due to internal promotion, demonstrating their career progression planning. They are ideally looking for someone who likes a challenge, wants to be part of the team who wants to move up in their career.

If you live in the Hills/Norwest or Chatswood Districts, this would be a perfect role for you benefiting from the 9am to 5pm hours, not only are you going to grow your skills, you'll also be based close to home.

Experience with Windows, networks, hardware and software technologies will be highly regarded. They offer excellent working conditions, a great team of people, an impressivelist of national clients, an incredibly high staff retention rate and fantastic, supportive management.

You will have a strong ability to resolve technical problems quickly and work efficiently and productively in a high-pressure environment.

Technology and Skill Required:

  • More than 18 months Experience Helpdesk/Desktop
  • Experience with Active Directory/ Exchange / Server
  • Windows Server 2008/2010/2013/2016
  • Interest in Cloud Technoy
  • An interest in Office365, Office 2016
  • Remote Desktop Support/TeamViewer / Remote Loggin
  • Java, .NET or any scripting knowledge would be advantageous
  • IT Certifications / Degree / Diploma ideal
  • Ability to resolve technical problems quickly
  • Interest in training essential (learn new skills/processes)
  • Good Printer Troubleshooting

A Car and valid Drivers License will help you progress your career internally to be able to visit client sites.
