Your role will be providing Application Support for their online trading platform. You will be a hybrid between Business Analyst, Support Engineer to support their customers assisting with troubleshooting, onboarding and addressing functional issues working with internal stakeholders & Vendors to improve performance.

YOU will have had ideally some experience with supporting web applications in Web Applications in Javascript, JSON, Restful API's and be very customer facing.

Responsibilities include:

  • 2nd line support to internal/external users with their Online trading platform
  • Support for Front End applications, browser configurations and web issues.
  • Test Payments for new clients
  • Escalate 3rd level tech support to the appropriate team
  • Identify hardware, software internal client or company issue
  • Provide insight as to functional improvements working and needed.

Technically you will have

  • Support experience Javascript, JSON and Restful API
  • Client Support Technical Experience
  • Ideally basic understanding of online transaction/banking systems.
  • Knowledge of accounting processes, accounting systems & ERP Software
