SFM Marine is one of Western Australia’s premier marine maintenance companies, our services cover lift and launch, boat engineering, fabrication, boat building, painting, antifouling, prop-speed vessel detailing, and marine training. SFM Marine has operations in Henderson and Fremantle, Western Australia.

ABOUT THE JOB

Based in North Fremantle, we are seeking an experienced Marine Painter to join the team. This role will focus on all marine painting related work across commercial and leisure boats in our boat yard. Essentially spray painting, masking, vanishing, blasting and antifouling, via brush and/or spray systems.

ABOUT YOU

Experience within spray painting within the marine industry is key, heavy industrial painting and blasting experience, and protective coating application and experience with spray systems ideal. A can-do attitude and the ability to work autonomously in a busy ship yard along with a current valid drivers’ licence will be required. Current construction white card and confined space entry ticket would be advantageous
