Exciting opportunity for a Lawyer, 4-5 years experience to join a dynamic Construction & Infrastructure team!

My client are a highly reputable and long standing, medium sized Law firm who offer a full range of legal services across; Construction and Infrastructure, Property, Commercial, ER & IR, Family Law, IP & IT, Litigation and Dispute Resolution. For 20 years they have delivered their clients superior value through the diversity, expertise and direct involvement of Principal Lawyers, who continue to provide highly strategic advice and representation.

Your new role
A great opportunity exists for a lawyer with 4-5 years’ experience to join the Construction and Infrastructure team. The role is predominantly focused on front-end tender and contract review, drafting and negotiation, project consulting and litigation (the full life of a construction project). You will be immediately exposed to top tier type litigation (and arbitration / expert determination) on major projects involving well-known participants in Australian construction and infrastructure, along with adjudications and judicial reviews under Security of Payment Legislation.

You will have ample opportunities to build on existing networks and develop their own practice with the strong and ongoing support of the team’s Principal Lawyers.
