The Opportunity

Increasing demand for engineering services in Queensland has created an exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer to join our Project and Program Management team. If you are a project practitioner with a desire to develop and cement your project management skills within a specialised project delivery team then this is a great career opportunity to work on a broad range of projects.

What You’ll Do
  • Support delivery of a complex range of small and large projects under the major projects program
  • Support our clients with the planning and delivery of their capital programs of work
  • Develop project execution plans across the spectrum of project management knowledge areas
  • Manage, coordinate, and maintain good working relationships with partner contractors to effectively and efficiently deliver works
  • Provide cost control, planning, contract administration and construction management support
  • Provide input to project program, cost forecasts and risk registers on a monthly basis and as required
  • Coordinate inputs and responses to construction Requests for Information (RFI) from contract partners

What We’ll Love About You
  • Demonstrate successful project engineering experience on projects in the infrastructure, mining or industrial sector
  • Ability to effectively manage budgets, timelines, systems and stakeholders to achieve an exceptional outcome
  • A relevant engineering related tertiary qualification (ideal but not essential)
  • Track record in delivering Australian projects
