· Strong Identity & Access Management Domain Experience.

· Investigates, analyses, diagnoses, and recovers from Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) application related Incidents, performs Root Cause Analysis, and executes the standard Problem Management process.

· Interacts directly with internal customers while maintaining the highest degree of customer service.

· Interacts with other IT support teams, including key suppliers, to collaborate on issue resolution and to escalate when appropriate

· Maintains issue and resolution information within the service desk database.

· Maintains in-depth knowledge and understanding of the solution architecture. Contributes to and maintains the base of EIAM knowledge through documenting and updating internal procedures and technical specifications, such as architectural diagrams, design documents, and process-related materials.

· Evaluates, tests, and installs patches in multiple environments (development, QA, production).

· Assists in disaster recovery/business continuity tests and documentation.

· Hands-on on Oracle Identity Manager 11g.

· Very Good Communication Skills
