With continued growth on their radar, and a cutting-edge web application as a part of their offering, they are seeking an inquisitive and talented Systems Administrator to help them continue to be the best at what they do.

In this newly created Systems Administrator position, you will be primarily responsible for all systems and hardware issues within the business, big and small. Sitting within the Information Technology Team, you will be surrounded by likeminded individuals who have a passion for technology and ensuring it’s delivering at its best.

Whilst being part of a highly collaborative business, you will be autonomous in your role with the backing of an MSP for the trickier issues and monitoring support. Essential to this role will be your ability to communicate with people at all levels, problem-solve and remain calm under pressure.


  • A minimum of five years experience in IT Support diagnosing and troubleshooting a range of issues from desktop setup and password reset through to more complex technical issues
  • Highly experienced in supporting desktops, laptops, networks and servers
  • Strong Microsoft knowledge including O365 and Windows 10
  • Highly experienced with AWS and SQL Server
  • Sound working knowledge of Active Directory and Practice Protect as well as a keen interest in, and ability to recommend and implement best practice security protocols
  • Experience in supporting modern network infrastructure and remote desktop support and configuration
  • Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, obtain results, provide solutions for a broad range of technical problems
  • Experience in SQL database administration would be of advantage 
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • A can-do attitude and ability to communicate to a range of stakeholders at all levels


  • A Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • MCSE
  • Cyber Security qualificiations
