About the role
The Digital Workplace function aligns technology, employees and business processes to improve operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for representing AC3, providing an exceptional customer experience and immediate solutions to end users. In conjunction with the Digital Workplace team, you will support the request, acquisition, deployment, maintenance, utilization, and disposal of End User Compute devices managed by AC3.

  • Effectively handling VIP walk-ups and liaising with executive level staff
  • Deployment of SOE images onto user devices via SCCM
  • Desktop and Mobile Device Management using SCCM, InTune or similar
  • Troubleshooting and isolating Desktop, Networking, Windows Server, O365 issues; escalating to the relevant team when required - LAN/WAN/VPN/DHCP/DNS/AD/File Services/Group Policy/AV/Exchange Online + O365 etc.
  • Troubleshooting Audio/Video Conference equipment
  • Liaising with and escalating to both internal AC3 teams and customer IT teams as required
  • Performing all support functions under accordance with ITIL process and procedure

Essential Experience

  • 2+ years experience in a similar IT Support role
  • 2+ years experience in and supporting end user devices in a face-to-face capacity with the ability to effectively and confidently communicate with senior management and executives
  • Deep understanding of support best practices, incl. identifying the true root cause and going the extra mile when required.
  • Experience IT Procurement or Asset Management
  • Experience supporting end user devices and applications
  • Experience working in technical environments with strong proven working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, MS Office, Exchange Online and O365, AV management, Windows desktop products, Mobile Device Management, SCCM and associated products

Desired Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in IT or computer science
  • ITIL certification
  • ServiceNow incident, asset, configuration management
  • Experience working with SCCM; image deployment, desktop and mobile management
