We have 3 long term requirements for IT Service Desk Engineers to support our clients global IT function.

What we are looking for:

  • You are a Service Desk Analyst with 1 years' experience working in a corporate environment
  • You are experienced in request logging tools
  • You have a proven track record in providing excellent customer service and technical support
  • You have experience in Active Directory, Citrix, Exchange, Windows O/S - 7/8/10, Office Suite 2013/16, Office 365
  • You have excellent knowledge and experience in supporting hardware - Desktop, Printers and Peripherals
  • You hold a ITIL certification or have knowledge of ITIL
  • Experience working in a managed service environment is desirable
  • Reliability, efficiency and the ability to learn processes and technologies quickly are some of your strengths.
  • We are seeking someone who is driven and determined to be their best
