Your New Role

Due to company growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Building Permit Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will be committed to delivering excellence based on your previous experience in a similar role and will work independently while being supported by the experienced project managers.


Duties involve financial management, invoicing, purchase orders and initial progress payments. Maintain and update records of all documents and correspondence related to individual projects Liaise with authorities for issue of required permits, compliance certificates etc. 


To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and written skills
  • High level of administration and organisational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and work independently under supervision.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
  • Adaptive and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to interpret engineering documents an advantage.
  •  Experience in dealing with building surveyors and local councils for permit compliance an advantage.
