This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment for 2 years with the possibility of extension(s).

Position Profile: The Director Operations and Site Management (DOSM) contributes to decision making on Fiona Stanley Fremantle Hospital Group (FSFHG) issues as part of FSFHG Executive, providing site updates to the FSFHG Executive Director, escalating deficiencies and advocating for those who work solely at FH providing clinical and non-clinical services.

The DOSM takes strategic direction from the relevant FSFHG Service, Medical and Nursing Directors in relation to service models and staffing.

Area Profile: Fremantle Hospital is a 300-bed specialist hospital focused on providing high-quality aged care, mental health, secondary rehabilitation, planned surgeries and medical services.
