The Firm

Our client is a national specialist Construction firm that is entirely Australian owned and operated. In terms of structure, the firm operates with a flat management structure with unparalleled opportunity for upward growth within the business. The firm itself has very low staff turnover and is proud of it. They hire staff based on excellence as well as personality, and the ideal candidate for this role will have a seasoned background in both Back and Front End Construction matters.
The Role

This is a high performing role that is truly unique for the right candidate to join the firm either as a Lawyer specialising in both Back and Front End Construction. Ideally you will be between 3 and 6 years' post admission.
In terms of split, it is approximately 60/40% Back End/Front End but the successful candidate's individual preference on this can be accommodated so that they can cultivate their dream practice and focus on the work they enjoy.

There is lots of client contact on offer and the ideal candidate will enjoy business development and pitching for new business and sustaining the firm's strong existing client base.

Expectations of excellence are high in terms of the service that is offered to their clients but this is undoubtedly a major factor in why they are such a success.
