    About the Role

    We are always looking for experienced, highly skilled and dedicated Interior Designers who have a passion for residential design and is on top of building trends.

    You will need to be able to work independently and collaboratively throughout the end to end design and construct process and work closely with our clients and other team members to help deliver high quality design outcomes.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Preparing and presenting interior design proposals for residential homes
    • Producing drawings including 3d models and renders, good quality design outcomes and documentation
    • Attending regular meetings with clients, sales team and other specialists
    • Delivering residential projects from concept to completion on time and on budget
    • Working in a hands-on capacity, including contributing to improvement initiatives
    • Responding to issues that might come up during the process with innovative solutions
    • Navigating compliance issues and constraints
    • Ability to value engineer jobs through good knowledge of suppliers and FFE
    • Contribution to development of company tools and processes
    • Other related ad-hoc duties

    About You

    You will have a proven track record of working on multiple projects simultaneously through all phases of interior design

    Advanced skills with Adobe tools and Sketchup is a must!

    Strong culture fit is paramount, therefore strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal staff and external clients / consultants is a must.

    Essential experience

    • Diploma in Interior Design or Bachelors Degree in Interior Design/Architecture
    • 2 - 3 years minimum experience in the industry
    • Proficiency with SketchUp and Adobe Photo Shop

    • Resilience and ability to adapt to a fast moving and dynamic workplace
    • Exemplar personal communication and presentation skills (verbal & written)
