Illawarra based residential custom home building company are looking for an enthusiastic, part time Construction Office Administrator to join our growing team.

This is a new role to support the current office staff, who you will be working closely with as well as the Owner/Director. We are looking for coverage for 2 days per week (not weekends).


As an Office Administrator for a small business, the scope of work will be broad, ranging from day to day dealings with clients, ordering reports, assisting with generating purchase orders, liaising with trades and suppliers and using our software program to keep track of job tasks and scheduling.
There is also opportunity to use your creative side to assist with creating marketing content.

The ideal applicant will have minimum 3 years experience within the residential housing industry.

As a confident and focused individual, you will have strong attention to detail and excellent time management and multi-tasking ability, as well as impeccable communication.
