What will you be doing?

To ensure our readiness in consistently delivering quality service to our clients, we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Utilities Engineer to be part of our growing team in Melbourne.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to-
  • Coordinating utility relocation designs with civil/structural designs to resolve clashes and design relocations;
  • Coordinating utility relocation designs from accredited design sub-consultants or authority designs;
  • Leading 3D modelling, coordination and clash detection of utilities in appropriate 3D software (e.g. Civil 3D, 12D, Navisworks etc);
  • Preparing design reports; and
  • Engaging with relevant stakeholders and clients.


Who are we looking for?

First and foremost, you share our passion for improving the quality of life and are enthused by the challenges of working to build and extend complex major infrastructure. You are a tertiary qualified engineer with extensive experience in civil utility projects.

You will come to us with-
  • Familiar with reviewing designs in 12d, Navisworks or Civil 3D;
  • Experience in utility approval processes with local authorities;
  • Demonstrated capability working on complex, large-scale infrastructure projects in a multi-disciplinary setting;
  • Previous experience in navigating the complex challenges of brownfields civil infrastructure projects; and
  • Confidence in negotiating, liaising and communicating with external agencies and stakeholders including attending client meetings.
