Required Skills & Experience:

· Bachelor’s In computer engineering or equivalent

· Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) on Pega PRPC V 7.0 or higher.

· Overall 12+ years of IT experience with > 6+ years’ experience on Pega

· Should have worked on CLSA in the project for min 2 years or 3 complex projects.

· Expertise and experience in designing and estimating complex Pega solutions using OOB

· Experience in working for practice sales activities, prototyping and bidding for programs

· Certification, Knowledge and expertise on Pega Customer Service, Smart Disputes, Upgrade, Customer Decision Hub will be added advantage

· Experience in sales activities would be an added advantage.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills required

· Participate in Requirement analysis and gathering workshops and ensure business requirements are converted to Pega expected inputs

· Responsible for technical health and high guardrails score in the project

· Responsible for the estimation, design - Enterprise Class Structure and the overall application design

· Ensures that the application meets current business needs, but also supports future expansion for new features down the road.

· Formulate best practices and design guide lines for the team.

· Well versed with Integrations using PRPC and has designed the integration components.

· Knowledge on Web Services Architecture (XML, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, etc..), MQ series

· Well versed in the SmartBPM and Agile methodologies

· Should have experience in Performance tuning of applications

· Resolves complex design and configuration problems to meet specified objectives.

· Ensures that developed systems meet performance considerations outlined in High Level Design.

· Prepares High Level Designs and collate non-functional requirements

· Provides estimates of time and resources required for delivering Projects and related artifacts applying agreed processes

· Provides Technical inputs (dependencies, sequencing, risks etc) to assist the Project Manager with sizing and planning small to medium projects

· Guide the team and mentor them as required.
