JOB DESCRIPTION

Bricklayers

Veolia is looking for Multiple Bricklayers to join our team for an upcoming 12 week Shutdown based at Olympic Dam South Australia, the project will run from September to the end of November. This is a great opportunity to join an inclusive team where quality work and safety is our top priority. Flights to and from Australia will be provided.

Benefits

  • $41.54 base rate + overtime and penalties

  • Tools, transport, meals and accommodation all provided

  • 6 x 12 hour shifts per week, 3 weeks on 1 week off

About the role

  • 12 hour shifts

  • Installation of refractory brickwork

  • Installation of Refractory castables

  • Working within confined spaces

  • Use of brick saws and air powered tools and mixers

  • Quality control

  • Assist in mobilisation and demobilisation of work areas

About you

  • Qualified Bricklayer (experience in Refractory works not essential)

  • Construction Industry card

  • Confined Space

  • Strong focus on safety, quality and efficiency

  • Previous experience working in either a civil or heavy industrial environment preferred

  • Ability to undertake a pre employment medical
