A successful MSP based in Sydneys's South is looking to add a Service Desk Engineer to their team. This is a varied role working across Windows, Citrix, M365 & VMware technologies. You will be acting as the second level of escalation for support issues. You will receive access to one-on-one mentoring, paid certifications and training and an inclusive and positive working environment .


What you will be doing:

  • 2nd Level Technical Support for Cloud Infrastructure and Servers
  • Server and Network Administration
  • Escalating issues to Level 3 Engineers
  • Effectively manage tickets in accordance with SLA's

What you will need to succeed:

  • 3+ years experience in IT Support 
  • Previous experience in an MSP / Service Desk environment is a must
  • Strong experience in Windows Server & Operating Systems
  • Experience working with Citrix
  • Experience with Exchange Online / 0365 
  • Experience managing and supporting VMWare or Hyper-V
  • Industry certifications highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills
