Reliability Engineer role with a Food icon in Adelaide's northern suburbs. $85-$100K +Super is starting now!

Your new company
This global leading, well respected SA food manufacturing icon, boasts a brilliant workplace culture and manufacturing excellence. Currently due to internal promotion, they are recruiting a Reliability Engineer to join their thriving team.


Your new role
You will be working in a tight knit Maintenance Team, and be responsible for identifying measuring, and initiating actions to permanently address and improve plant, equipment, and process reliability issues. On a day to day basis some of your duties will include;

  • Facilitating the equipment improvements to permanently address root causes of equipment failure
  • Implementing root cause failure analysis
  • Leading and coaching trades teams in root cause analysis processes
  • Identifying and actioning maintenance process cost down opportunities seeking to ensure maintenance costs are minimised
  • Providing reliability expertise in the AOP processes and implementing outcomes


    What you'll need to succeed
    You will have had a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years experience working in the reliability engineering field where you have been reviewing preventative maintenance programs, improving reliability, using condition monitoring techniques. Your prior experience with CMMS and ability to perform FMEA and perform and facilitate Root Cause Analysis. Your experience with lubrication systems and lubrication program development will also be welcomed.
