The NSW government has pledged a $107+ billion pipeline over the next four years to spur economic growth and deliver on much-needed transport and infrastructure projects.

In anticipation of the award of several high-value tenders, we are now accepting expressions of interest (EOI) from the following skilled professionals. 

  • Civil Engineers (Design) - Roads/Highways/Drainage/Flood: 5-20+ years of experience
  • Bridge Engineers (Design) - Major Transport Projects - 9-15+ years of experience
  • Bridge Drafters - (all levels) - Considerable RMS Experience
  • Hydraulic Engineers (Design & Project Management) - Residential/Stormwater: 5-15+ years of experience
  • Remedial Engineers/Project Managers (Residential/Strata): 5-20+ years of experience
  • Structural Engineers/Associate (Design) - High-end/low-rise Residential: 5-20+ years of experience
  • Civil Estimators (Infrastructure) - 5-15+ years of experience
  • Tunnelling Engineers (D&C) - TBM/Roadheader experience - 3-7+ years of experience
  • Systems Safety & Assurance Engineers (Major Rail projects): 8-15+ years of experience
  • RAMS Engineers (Major Rail projects): 5-15+ years of experience
  • Systems Safety & Assurance Engineers (Major Defence projects): 8-15+ years of experience
  • Systems Engineers (Major Rail projects): 5-15+ years of experience
  • Systems Engineers (Major Defence projects): 5-15+ years of experience
  • Human Factors Consultants/Advisors/Engineers (Major Rail projects): - 7-15 years of experience
  • Senior Signalling Engineers (Design) - 7-15+ years of experience
  • Rail and Civil Estimators (D&C) - 5-15+ years of experience
  • Site/Project Engineers, Civil - New Runways & Airfield Lighting
  • Structural Drafters - (Residential) - 5+ years experience
  • Operations/National Business Manager - Rail Systems / O&M

The majority of the positions we recruit require:

  • 5-20+ years of experience or practical engineering experience
  • Chartership (CPEng / C.Eng) is always desirable although not necessary
  • Strong familiarity with Australian codes and standards is a must
  • Strong stakeholder engagement/management
  • A Collaborative Team Player
  • Stable career history over time (3+ years in a position)
  • Quantifiable achievements - sing your own praises!
  • The desire to progress one's career
  • Realistic expectations
