Manage the customer experience through the biggest purchase they will ever make. Provide a customer experience that will leave an impression on them. Located in Geelong.

Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Building effective relationships with our customers to best assist them during the pre-construction process;
  • Responding to any customer queries that may raise by identifying and providing appropriate and timely resolutions;
  • Signing of customer contracts;
  • Ensuring customer quality control through professional communications, maintaining data entry and executing report compilation; and
  • Maintain and constantly develop thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services and processes in order to confidently interact with clients.

The successful candidate will have:
  • Proven administration and/or customer support experience within a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to build effective and strong relationships with our customers
  • A team first mindset, who will also take responsibility and ownership for their specific customer base
  • The skills to multi task and set priorities and
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook computer skills and exposure working with database systems.
This role requires a national police check to be undertaken.
