Located in Rydalmere this is an excellent opportunity to join this well-established business supplying and servicing heavy industrial equipment for their clients in the construction, engineering, and warehousing industries.

About the position:

Reporting to the Operations Manager some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Customer Service - liaise with customers in relation to their service requirements
  • Entering new customer details into a database
  • Completing credit checks for new customers
  • Processing payments of invoices
  • Contract management
  • Accounts Payable function
  • Ordering parts required for repairs when required
  • Invoicing for all service-related transactions
  • Warranty Administration and claims
  • Safety Administration, update and maintain WHS administration
  • Working closely with Sales, Service and Finance team
  • Assist with the day to day administration and coordination of the sales/service departments nationally
About you
  • Previous experience providing administrative support to a Sales or Service department
  • Excellent coordination skills
  • Previous experience working in a similar role
  • You have excellent attention to detail with strong administrative skills
  • You have excellent customer service and enjoy interfacing with clients
  • Intermediate MS Excel
