Internally known as a Client Solutions Specialist, you will be the core of the support, project, and design functions for our customers. You will be standardising, installing, and maintaining well architected infrastructure and systems, and providing the end user support that their businesses rely on. 

You will have at least 5 years plus experience and a track record of excelling in your previous roles. We want to hear about how you make IT better! 

This role is primarily based in our Brisbane CBD office. This gives us easy access to our clients in the AEC sector (Architects, Engineers and Construction), and other consultants in the built environment (think Town Planners, Developers, Project Managers, Interior Designers). We do offer a flexible working environment with the ability to work from home some of the time.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Support a diverse range of platforms and technologies
  • Manage the processing of incoming support requests
  • Ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution of client issues
  • Some on-site support visits to client offices (primarily CBD / Fortitude Valley based) as required
  • Work with the service desk team to determine and resolve high level problems
  • Assist in implementing improvements, and new infrastructure in client environments
  • Identify and suggest improvements on procedures

SKILLS & PROFICIENCY

We will get you up to speed quickly, and provide support and training to bolster your existing skills in: 

  • Microsoft infrastructure stack (both on-premise and cloud is desirable)
  • Desktop support for Windows devices
  • Microsoft 365 admin and migration skills
  • Security and Networking fundamentals (we love well secured systems!)
  • Business Application hosting and support (client server stacks, SaaS and N-tier of various flavours)
  • A stack of architecture and engineering apps
